Starting with an ability to communicate well and be well-organised, these qualities can be hard to estimate, but they affect everything from productivity to teamwork.

Hard skills are what you do, whereas Soft skills are the traits that make you a good employee”. Both candidates and employers possess some soft skills. “The challenge is to determine which Skills are strongest, and which are most in-demand for certain roles,”. “Businesses must coach their employees in Technical Skills.
